Below is a list of our rates. Weekend packages and long term use inclusive of accommodation and evening meals. We are willing to discuss special packages and lock in bookings for extended use. Please contact us for more details and we will get back to you promptly.
Studio hourly hire
$70 per hour (No Engineer) $80 (with house Engineer)
Hourly hire is a minimum of 2 hours and is generally used for practice/rehearsals or a good old jam session but could also suit for example a solo artist recording a song.
Weekend package
$1000 (No Engineer) $1200 (with house Engineer)
If you are a solo artist or a band and would like to escape the hustle and bustle of the main stream why not take advantage of our weekend package. Stay over and let those creative juices flow, write, play or record in this pristine environment. Weekend package is for two nights three days accommodation included in price.
Full day hire
$600 per day (No Engineer) $700 per day (with house Engineer)
Full day hire is by far the best deal economically for all artists that wish to utilise this fantastic studio space for one day at a time and make the best of that day whether it be for practice or recording.
Long term use or extended stays

Have you ever wanted to just hunker down and create? We can provide that very environment for you. The studio is self contained and you can just spot the lights of civilisation at night. You can focus on your work without disturbance or interruptions from the outside world.
